The ship management company specializes in ship management of chemical tankers. Tailormade service agreement

The ship management company signed the service agreement with Green Instruments to receive pre-scheduled service and ensure continuous compliance with international regulations. The agreement is based on the customer’s specific requests to meet expectations and needs; a company that continuously increases its focus on environmental objectives and targets. Commitments that not only show a responsibly to the world and market with increasing regulations – but also, demonstrate a clear connection with the values of Green Instruments.  

Specifically, the service agreement covers a five-year period and entails yearly prescheduled service on board the nine chemical tankers. Each service visit is carried out to ensure preventive maintenance and retain recommended spare parts maintenance intervals. After finalizing the contact, all involved parties participated in a kick-off meeting to define the execution of tasks and services. Here, superintendents and fleet managers, who hold the daily responsibility on board, were present alongside Green Instruments representatives. A meeting, that ensured congruence on expectations, sailing schedules, service, onboard training, etc., aligning the agreement the perception of the ship management representative, that “Green Instruments provides proper planning, up-to-date spare parts, and materials.”.  

Green service

When asked about how well the service agreement was tailored, the customer ship management company notes that Green Instruments “has a team of professional and trained personnel to carry out the task and services”. The highly skilled personnel provide service to all Green Instruments products, demonstrating the accuracy and reliability of the system as well as ensuring crew familiarity with maintenance and system operation. After the first service visit, the personnel made an in-depth review of the system in terms of components and spare parts. Anything necessary to maintain a high level of security on board.
