Finance Manager

Working as a Finance Manager, my responsibility is to ensure that we deliver on our operational finance and support decision making across the organization though financial insights.

My main tasks include reporting to upper management, providing financial analysis, business controlling, identifying trends and of course supporting my own team. A big part of time is spent on working with business intelligence, specifically Power BI, where I build, maintain and communicate reports for various departments within the organization.

I believe in a holistic approach - meaning that one department can't succeed on it's own and that we should always consider multiple aspects and view the business as a whole.
