Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Policy (QHSE)
At Green Instruments A/S, Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) responsibilities are integral to the way we do business. Successfully managing QHSE issues is requisite for sustainable growth, therefore it is an essential component of our business strategy.
Quality
Green Instruments considers four key quality parameters essential to the company’s strategic development, mission, and vision:
- Technical Quality: Green Instruments delivers products that function reliably and comply with the specifications agreed upon with the customer.
- Delivery Performance: Green Instruments provides customer‑tailored solutions with short lead times, from the initial customer contact to delivery at the agreed location.
- Knowledge: Green Instruments supports customers promptly and with extensive expertise within technical, regulatory, and commercial matters.
- Customer Satisfaction: Green Instruments delivers products that meet customer expectations, and the overall customer experience of each delivery is of great importance to the company.
Green Instruments’ management system supports the continuous improvement of internal and external processes. The company is committed to complying with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
Green Instruments will maintain a certified quality management system in full accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 80079‑34:2018, as well as the requirements set by other relevant authorities and classification societies.
Health and safety
We are committed to health and safety, and we believe in the importance of happy, healthy, and satisfied employees. We improve our activities and working environment to prevent injuries and illness of our employees. We identify hazards and risks arising from our activities and reduce them to the lowest practical levels.
Every employee is pledged to take the necessary actions to avoid accidents. We aim to build a “safety first” culture by working and acting safely in our daily operations.
When visitors come to Green Instruments, this must take place in accordance with PRO – Rules for Visitors.
The OHS organization is responsible for the occupational health and safety work at Green Instruments.
Environment
We are committed to be responsible for the environmental impact of our products, processes, and services. We will control our activities to fulfil our compliance obligations for the protection of the environment.
Our management system reflects the continuous improvement of our internal and external processes towards proactively identify and evaluate risks and reduce environmental impact. We will maintain a certified environmental management system in full compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001 version 2015.
We keep on addressing the environmental impact of our operations by reducing waste, emissions, and discharges. We strive to be good citizens in every community in which we operate.
