First time presenting at EuroBlech Exhibition

Green Instruments is excited to announce that this year for the first time we will attend EuroBlech 2016. EuroBlech is known as the world’s biggest International  Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition. EuroBlech 2016 is open from 25 – 29 October in Hanover Exhibition Grounds, Hanover, Germany. Our company will exhibit at Hall 16, Stand C51.

The fire risk associated with hydraulic oil systems used in the metalworking industry is significant but is often overlooked.  Under normal operating conditions, the oil is held under high pressure within a closed system. However, because of the high pressure, if oil leaks from the system, it becomes atomised and is easily ignited. If this happens, it will result in an intense fire that will continue to burn until the fuel supply is isolated or exhausted, even in the presence of sprinkler protection. For detection of oil leakages, more and more manufacturing companies have chosen Green Instruments’ G26 Ambient Oil Mist Detector. It provides an early fire hazard detection which helps to minimize the risk of fire and protect the production properties and people.

Green Instruments have many years’ experience with ambient oil mist detection. The G26 Ambient Oil Mist detector is Green Instruments’ newly developed product. It is a double pass opacity monitor which uses the latest green laser technology. With the scanning distance from 1 – 15 m, a detector can monitor a large area. The G26 can be configured with a number of detectors, allowing the system to monitor the oil mist in several different locations at the same time.
